Intellectual Troopers Project

 We invite students to participate in non-profit scientific and educational project "Intelligent Troopers" (hereinafter – the project) of the Federal State Budget Institution of Higher Professional Education "Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property" (hereinafter – RGAIS). Project activities will be held from July 25 to August 7, 2014 based in the summer camp "Commonwealth", located on the island of Olkhon, Lake Baikal. The author of the project and its manager is Olga Vidyakina, Head of Science Department RGAIS Moscow.

The purpose of the project is express-training of RGAIS students in intellectual property, followed by their departure in the regions of the Russian Federation to teach young people the basics of intellectual property.

The basic principle of the project is "teaching-learning" (people learn best when they share their knowledge with other people). The project was presented on April 22, 2014 at the Federation Council during the youth scientific conference "Regional programs and projects in the field of intellectual property through the eyes of young people." Webcast of the conference was carried out for the audience of over 80 million people. Recorded broadcast is available on the website of the Federation Council.

Studying in "Intellectual Troopers" is free. In case of a successful training, a certificate is issued.

Deadline for applications is June 30, 2014. Appliations should be sent to with the subject "Intelligent Troopers".
